Position Overview: As an Associate Veterinarian, you will play a vital role in our practice by providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to a diverse range of patients. You will work alongside a team of skilled veterinary professionals and support staff in a friendly and dynamic atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform thorough examinations and diagnose medical conditions
2. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each pet's needs
3. Conduct surgical procedures and dental care
4. Educate pet owners on preventive care and health maintenance
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care and a positive client experience
6. Stay current with veterinary best practices and advancements
Qualifications:
1. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
2. Valid veterinary license in Ontario
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. A commitment to providing compassionate care and excellent client service
5. Experience in small animal practice is an asset, but new graduates are welcome to apply
