We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding software applications based on business requirements, as well as the ability to make independent decisions regarding work methods in ambiguous situations. This role involves overseeing the quality assurance process, debugging, testing, and resolving complex software issues while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement. The SharePoint Developer will also work collaboratively with teams to implement solutions that enhance consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop software applications based on business requirements, focusing on SharePoint and related technologies.
- Standardize the quality assurance procedures for software development, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Oversee testing and debugging processes, developing fixes for identified issues.
- Research software-related complaints and make adjustments and recommendations to resolve complex technical problems.
- Understand department and organizational strategy, ensuring that software solutions align with operational goals.
- Make independent decisions regarding work methods and processes, requiring minimal direction and guidance where needed.
- Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in software development tasks.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that SharePoint solutions meet business needs and support organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development, with a strong preference for experience in SharePoint.
- Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, development, and customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research and resolve technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365 integration.
- Knowledge of SharePoint workflows and content management.

Certifications (if any):

Other relevant certifications in SharePoint or Microsoft technologies.
