Corporate Services Administrator

About the role
We’re looking for a Corporate Services Administrator who will be responsible for activities related to billing, payment management, and general administration of customer accounts.
What you will accomplish with us
- Customer management / Customer service
- Manage customer information in the administration system (customers, contacts, contracts, pricing, etc.).
- Provide support during the contract signature process or during changes/renewals.
- Billing of PSI activities
- Enter data, review information received and obtain necessary approvals.
- Pay monthly invoices.
- Customer accounts
- Cash cheques and record payments.
- Produce account statements and follow up on overdue payments.
- Accounts payable
- Manage suppliers in the administration system.
- Solicit and follow up on supplier approvals.
- Create, receive and manage purchase orders in Oracle.
- Process and reconcile invoices and purchase orders.
- Manage payment and cheque requests.
What you will bring
- High school diploma or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to communicate in both English and French, orally and in writing; interact regularly with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate well with different teams. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds, both locally and remotely. Ability to remain effective and diplomatic in your communications.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good understanding of the company’s structure. Proficiency with Office365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of Oracle (an asset).
- No work experience in Canada required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
