Job Description

What is the opportunity?

As Senior Manager Enterprise Risk, you will work as part of a small team, supporting the Director Strategic Risk and the Senior Director Enterprise Risk with execution of both the strategic risk program and the risk maturity assessment program.

What will you do?

- Maintaining the Enterprise Strategic Risk Policy
- Develop and maintain Strategic Risk measures and metrics
- Coordinate oversight of strategic planning with GRM partners
- Collaborate with regional teams to help coordinate oversight of strategic planning
- Report on the Strategic Risk profile
- Collaborate with and support other Enterprise Risk Management functions as needed

- Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes
- Support the risk maturity assessment work, including

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

- 4+ years of experience in financial services and/or risk management.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functional or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive audiences.

Nice-to-have

- Experience working in strategy.
- Strong grasp of data tools.
- Ability to manage complex projects, meet high-quality standards.
