Overview

We are seeking an Infra, DBA and interface expert to join our team of consultants in our Montreal office. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

- Integrate into both teams to address capacity gaps based on operational needs.
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot application servers and databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Work with virtualization technologies (VMWare) and cloud environments (Azure AD, Office 365).
- Work with Citrix environments and scripting (PowerShell).
- Contribute to incident, problem, and change management following ITIL practices.
- Document, standardize, and improve processes related to system operations and support.

Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree in computer science or equivalent combination of years of relevant experience and industry certifications (e.g., MSCE).
- Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional experience (healthcare network experience is an asset).
- Solid experience with hardware environments and operating systems (Windows Server, Unix/Linux).
- Proven experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare).
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure AD, Office 365).
- Knowledge and experience with Citrix environments.
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) adapted to various stakeholders.
- Teamwork, collaboration, effective time and priority management, self-control, and good judgment under stress.
- Bilingualism in French and English.
