Remote Senior UX Designer

AZAD is seeking a Remote Senior UX Designer for a W2 Contract full - time position.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Assignment Duration: The initial assignment length is 6+ months with likely chance of extension.

Client Industry: Likely Hospitality or Membership Based Digital Experiences

Compensation & Benefits: The hourly compensation pay rate range is between $49.00 - $52.00. Benefits include Co-paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Cafeteria Plan, and 401k.

Essential Functions:

Our Client is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy for our digital products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences. You will conduct user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, and ensure design consistency across platforms.

- Lead UX design efforts from concept to execution.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

- Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are met.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in UX and UI Design, with a portfolio of high-fidelity designs
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools
- Comfortable designing for scalable multi-site systems (e.g., one brand with 170 site variations).
- Experience in hospitality or membership-based digital experiences is a bonus.
