Overview

We help the world run better. At SAP, we empower teams to shape the future of business. The Territory Ecosystem Manager (TEM) owns the sales quota for a defined territory and drives revenue growth through partner channels.

What you’ll do

- Own annual revenue goals for the territory and act as a sales manager for partner sales teams.

- Drive the partner sales cycle, ensuring successful closing of opportunities and aligning partner execution with SAP standards.

- Coach and enable partner sales teams to generate demand, manage pipeline, forecast, and build recovery plans.

- Engage partners to adopt and consume SAP digital services, including renewals and upsells.

- When required, participate in end‑customer selling activities in compliance with SAP Channel Operations policies.

- Collaborate with Partner Managers on sales planning, business planning, and operational support across the Customer Value Journey.

- Monitor competitor activity and implement strategies with partners to maintain account ownership and mitigate competitor advancement.

- Provide regular reporting on sales progress, identify deviations, and take corrective action to achieve agreed goals.

What you bring

- Profound knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or related cloud solutions.

- 5–7+ years of territory or channel sales experience.

- Successful experience in multi‑channel go‑to‑market models.

- Understanding of solution selling principles with partners.

- Industry expertise relevant to the territory.

- Ability to create and execute strategic plans.

- Business‑level English communication skills.

- Experience in SME/volume territory business.
