Job Title: Fire Sprinkler Systems Inspector

Salary: $74,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year

Job Summary: As a fire sprinkler system inspector, you will be responsible for the completion of service requests at various locations throughout your given territory. We have positions for professional, responsible state-licensed Fire Sprinkler Inspectors. Inspect and test fire sprinkler systems to ensure that they function effectively and meet NFPA standards. Adjust or repair malfunctioning systems. Perform basic sprinkler inspection service. Looking for a dependable self-starter with a "Can Do" attitude to work efficiently within our fast-paced environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Schedule fire sprinkler system inspections
2. Run tests and inspections on fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems
3. Coordinate with the local fire department to avoid response to testing
4. Repair systems if necessary or inform the Service Department of customer needs
5. Advise customers of test and inspection results
6. Communicate with your Area Coordinator regarding inspections completed, rescheduled, etc.
7. Maintain good interpersonal skills

Full-Time Position:

1. Full-time position with 40+ hours weekly available
2. You will be responsible for meeting service calls efficiently
3. Identify emergencies and respond quickly to support and assist customers in need
4. Ability to use geographical maps, Google Maps, and read/understand maps to schedule effectively

Customer Service Oriented:

1. Manage incoming calls with customers and office staff
2. Accurately keep thorough documentation of service calls
3. Perform other duties as needed

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years post-high school education preferred
2. Good written and verbal communication skills required; good interpersonal skills required
3. Basic skills using Apple/Android tablets necessary
4. Must demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
5. Must be able to work M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and be flexible
6. Ability to handle pressure, various tasks assigned, and meet deadlines
7. Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. and use a ladder up to 8-ft
8. NICET certification and/or fire sprinkler background a plus
9. Valid driver's license required
10. Travel: 100% of the time, remote work
