ELITS is now hiring candidates to join our AI team in Montreal. We have seven open positions, and applicants are encouraged to specify their preferred role(s) in their application.

1) Scalable AI Model Development

- Data Preparation and Feature Engineering

- Model Training and Validation

- Model Evaluation (Fairness, Accuracy, Robustness)

- Documentation and Reproducibility

2) AI Experience/Integration and Deployment Support

- API Implementation and Deployment Automation

- Post-Deployment Monitoring and Maintenance

- Governance Alignment

- Continuous Improvement Recommendations

3) AI Experience/Scaling and Maintenance

- Scalability to ensure consistency and reliability

- Model Retraining and Performance Monitoring

- Ongoing Maintenance and Timely Updates

- Continuous Improvement and Best Practices

4) Applied Data Science Capabilities for AI Development and Deployment

- Databricks for Data Science and Machine Learning Workflows

- Tanzu or Equivalent and MCP (Model Context Protocol)

- Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI Frameworks

- Enterprise Integration of AI Technologies

5) AI Experience/AI Engineering

- LangChain

- MLflow

- Scikit-learn

- LangGraph

- CI/CD Pipelines for ML Workflows

- Containerization and Orchestration Tools

6) AI Experience/QA Engineer

- AI System Testing

- Output Validation and User Experience Assurance

- Automated Testing Pipelines

- Data Source Validation
