Position Overview:

The Logistics Coordinator will oversee dispatch to delivery, operations, mange exceptions, and cultivate relationships with carriers and internal stakeholders. You will also handle communication during exceptions, prepare shipping documents and support the sales team. The role demands strong organization skills and collaboration to ensure operational efficiency.

Personal Obligations:

You will need to show a high level of competency and organizational skills working within a team environment providing a total quality service internally and to external customers. Ensuring that a professional representation of the company, it's services and values with a positive can-do attitude are exhibited at all times.

Performance Objectives:

Performance is monitored through Performance Goals & Objectives, Measures and individual review with your line manager every 3 months. Standards will be reviewed regularly.

Specific Responsibilities:

Order processing with various carriers for any internal shipments which require customs

Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Coordinate with other departments, such as workshop, sales, and logistics teams, to ensure smooth operations and maximize efficiency.

Be the main point of contact for all escalations and invoice discrepancies.

Provide support to the Commercial Director and contributing to various projects and initiatives as needed.

Complete office duties as required

Proven capability in using data to analyze

Excellent problem-solving skills

Excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Experience in working in a logistics environment

Understanding of international logistics

Strong attention to detail
