Project Manager – High Rise Builder/Developer

Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and implement project schedules.

- Manage sub-trade tendering and contract issuing; monitor performance.

- Mentor and coach a growing construction team; ensure construction quality and standards are achieved.

- Monitor schedules and costs on a regular basis.

- Collaborate with senior management; lead regular job site and project meetings.
