Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Full-Time Position with Strong Career Support
We’re offering a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist position that provides flexibility, a supportive team environment, and growth opportunities. If you're looking for stability and a great workplace culture, this role is for you.
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits
Role Overview
- Provide therapy sessions and create personalized treatment plans.
- Help clients achieve meaningful progress in their mental health journey.
- Collaborate with other professionals for well-rounded client support.
- Keep thorough records and manage documentation efficiently.
- Maintain an active and structured caseload.
Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
- Skilled in therapy techniques and client communication.
- Team-oriented approach with a desire for professional development.
