We'd love it if you had these too:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

- Experience working in construction or real estate development accounting is ideal.

- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.

- Proficiency in accounting software, experience with Sage 300 is preferred.

Here's What Your Day-to-Day Could Look Like:

General Accounting & Reporting

- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions.

- Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly to the corresponding working paper support

- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting for as many as four entities.

- Support the preparation of financial statements.

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes where required.

Leading customer closing process

- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and optimize project profitability.

Compliance & Audit Support

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

- Prepare supporting documentation for audits, tax filings, and other regulatory reporting.

- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with company and industry standards.
