What you will doLead client-facing end-to-end planning and implementation of UKG Pro WFM projectsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleManage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial managementDevelop project plans and schedules, and track project milestones and deliverablesDrive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for workforce transformation effortsContribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers and methodology guidesParticipate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach What you bring to the roleMinimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably within a professional services or consultancy environmentBachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required or related field preferredExperience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices in the WFM spacePrior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchyMust be authorized to work in the Canada without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.We are looking for professionals currently holding UKG certificationsKPMG BC Region Pay Range Information   The expected base salary range for this position is $128,000 to $179,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
