Who Are You?
You’re highly organized, proactive, and great at keeping people and projects moving in the same direction. You enjoy taking a project with multiple moving parts and turning it into a clear plan, making sure everyone understands what needs to happen, who’s responsible, and when it needs to be done. You can manage competing priorities, spot potential roadblocks, and work through challenges without losing sight of the details or the bigger picture.
You’re also a strong communicator who cares about the client experience. You build trust by listening, setting clear expectations, and following through. You’re comfortable asking questions, having honest conversations about timelines and scope, and working with different personalities to find solutions. Experience in website projects or digital marketing is an asset, along with a willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and a collaborative approach to your work.
