Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.
EA SPORTS is one of the leading sports entertainment brands in the world, with top-selling videogame franchises, award-winning interactive technology, fan programs, and cross-platform digital experiences. EA SPORTS creates connected experiences that ignite the emotion of sport through industry-leading sports videogames, including Madden NFL football, FC, NHL Hockey, College Football, and EA SPORTS UFC.
We are looking for a Lead Producer for a project within EA SPORTS. Lead and inspire a talented development team to deliver exceptional sports gaming experiences. 3. Partner with Art, UX, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables are met.
4. Engage with other partner teams including publishing, marketing, finance, legal, consumer insights, and game analytics.
5. You will be the bridge between the Design team, Technical team and Project Managers, overseeing what experiences we build, why we build them, and managing the delivery of them to our players.
Responsibilities: As a Team Leader
1. You foster a culture of analytically driven design while constantly driving toward improving KPIs.
2. Guide team culture as part of the leadership team to build a highly engaged team.
3. Champion the professional development of your people and ensure that EA continues to employ the very best individuals.
4. Lead your team and beyond. You will be the spokesperson for your business around the company and outside EA.
5. You can passionately articulate goals and team principles to help form a stimulating and fun work environment.
Requirements:
1. Leadership experience in setting strategic direction.
2. 5+ years' experience as a Lead Producer on a AAA game franchise (or equivalent experience).
3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality AAA entertainment experiences.
4. Experience leading other leaders from various job disciplines (i.e. Software Engineers, Artists, Designers, Audio Specialists, Senior Project Managers, and Associate Producers) within one location and/or globally.
5. You understand the motivations of your player base and can assess innovation to deliver upon expectations.
