John The Plumber is hiring a full-time phone dispatcher/scheduler to work in our office in Nepean. Management is friendly. It's fairly relaxed. All we want is people willing to learn and who are friendly and reliable.

**What the job looks like**:

- Receiving inbound phone calls
- Provide stellar customer service
- Using our scheduling software to appropriately schedule jobs to plumbers/gas technicians
- Problem-solving
- Get to the office located in Nepean (Off hunt club. Not many buses)
- Work in the office
