Plate Maker is responsible for carrying out the duties and responsibilities typical of this occupation and as specifically assigned to you by the management of TFP, including, but not limited to:

- Communicate effectively with manager, co-workers, and all pre-production personnel
- Output of digital files and proofs for approval process, perform quality control checks on final outputs to photopolymer plates
- Experience in Quality Control (reviewing print ready files) is preferred

**Job Qualifications**:

- Three (3) years+ experience in packaging prepress industry
- Experience with PC (Windows) platforms and all relevant design software preferred
- Understanding of Flexographic printing processes preferred
- Experience in Esko Suite, Illustrator, Acrobat (Full Creative Suite a plus) preferred
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Fast learner, innovative thinker
