This role sits within Laurentian Bank.
The incumbent contributes to the realization of various activities in connection with the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Policy of the Bank.

**Responsibilities**
- Review and analyze high-risk and very-high-risk files, conducting pertinent research and documenting the work performed in the SAS compliance due diligence (CDD) system.
- Follow-up on activities and ensure that deadlines are met.
- As part of the enhanced screening process or when the situation requires, conduct or participate in the necessary transaction analyses.
- Analyze alerts and adverse media in the client screening process.
- Help draft reports for the Assistant CAMLO and team procedures.
- Contribute to AML/ATF reporting: understand, analyze and compile the required data.
- Provide business units with the support needed regarding AML/ATF.
- As required, create new work tools and templates.
- Perform various administrative tasks related to the team.

**Qualifications**
- University degree in an appropriate field and two years of relevant experience (anti-money laundering, fraud, compliance, banking) or College diploma and three years of relevant experience (anti-money laundering, fraud, compliance, banking)
- Excellent communication skills in English* and French (spoken and written)
- Analysis, synthesis and judgment
- Thoroughness
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of banking transactions and commercial products
