Responsabilités:
Vérifier l'exactitude des commandes servies aux clients ;
Respecter les normes relatives à la santé et à la sécurité au travail ;
Se conformer aux politiques et normes de BURGER KING® en matière d'uniformes et d'apparence ;
Prendre les mesures nécessaires pour résoudre les problèmes qui pourraient survenir dans le restaurant ;
Acquérir des compétences en matière d'efficacité de travail d'équipe ; contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de l'équipe ;
Répondre aux besoins des clients avec professionnalisme et courtoisie ;
Communiquer de manière positive avec les clients, les collègues et les responsables.

Compétences, qualités et aptitudes recherchées:
Être disposé à accomplir toutes les tâches en restaurant ;
Être à l'aise dans un environnement dynamique ;
Être capable d'interagir de manière productive avec ses collègues et de travailler efficacement en équipe ;
S'exprimer clairement dans la langue locale et posséder de bonnes compétences en lecture et compréhension ;
Être en mesure de gérer les plaintes des clients avec tact.
