Estra Design, a leading design and renovation company specializing in tile, flooring, kitchens, and renovations, is seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating our projects, ensuring their successful execution from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**:
Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned projects, including tile installations, flooring projects, kitchen renovations, and general renovations. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Team Leadership: Lead and direct the project team, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers. Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and provide clear instructions to ensure efficient workflow and collaboration.

On-Site Supervision: Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to safety regulations. Address any issues or concerns promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Resource Management: Coordinate and manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor. Ensure resources are allocated effectively to optimize productivity and meet project requirements.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to provide updates, address inquiries, and manage expectations. Foster strong client relationships based on professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service.

Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure workmanship and craftsmanship meet or exceed project specifications and industry standards. Conduct inspections to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve project-related issues, conflicts, or obstacles that may arise. Offer practical and creative solutions to maintain project progress and client satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project expenses. Provide regular updates and reports to management to keep them informed of project status.

Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce a culture of safety on job sites, ensuring all workers adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to mitigate risks and maintain a safe work environment.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the construction or renovation industry, preferably in tile, flooring, kitchens, and general renovations.

Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques, flooring materials, kitchen renovation processes, and general construction practices. Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.

Project Management: Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality control.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make timely decisions and provide effective solutions.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Safety Consciousness: Thorough understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Time Management: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.

Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
