**The position at a glance**

You will join the Cash and Liquidity Product Management team, which is part of Transaction Banking Americas (TBA) within Global Banking Americas (GBA). The Cash and Liquidity Product Management team covers both Canada and the United States.

As a Cash and Liquidity Product Management associate, you will work on a series of tasks related to the development of new products/product functionalities, the maintenance and optimization of existing products as well as compliance and audit requests.

**In detail**

You will manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch in close concertation with head of Product Management, providing product management expertise and ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget. More specifically:

- Define actionable plans based on the initiatives identified in the product roadmap.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and identify functional gaps.
- Support the NAC process.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including Sales, TAC/NAC coordinator, IT/Ops, Legal, Compliance, Customer Services, etc.) to ensure alignment, understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the product development/improvement.
- Elaborate product documentation (new procedure implementation or updating internal documentation/processes, user guides, etc.)
- Implement product pricing
- Preparation of the marketing and communication material (e.g. product presentations, pitches, trainings, etc.)
- Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure they are all well-equipped to promote and support our products effectively.

In addition, you will be involved in the maintenance and optimization of existing products as well as compliance and audit requests.

- The Cash & Liquidity Product Management Team is a dynamic team of 5 people that scouts the market for opportunities, builds and deploys new solutions in coordination with all stakeholders, trains Sales teams and monitors quality of services per product line.

- You will actively participate in further building out BNP Paribas’ North-American Cash and Liquidity Management platform.
- This position provides you not only with a window to the regional BNPP organization (IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc.in addition to the client-facing teams), but also to BNP PARIBAS Transaction Banking globally.
- We will help you grow your network, become a better multi-tasker, sharpen your professional curiosity and adapt your communication style to your interlocutors (varying from sometimes technical to more strategic discussions).

- You have strong organizational skills, you are a self-starter and you are able to deliver under pressure within tight client-mandated deadlines.
- You are client-focused and you have excellent communication skills (oral and written)..
- You have an analytical mindset with great attention to detail..
- You understand banking operations, including the end-to-end Cash Management payment chain, account reconciliation and treasury functions.
- You are familiar with various payment systems (domestic, international, real-time).
- You have a good knowledge of messaging standards and protocols.
- You have prior Product Management experience.
- You are fluent in English. French is definitely a plus.
