Front of House Server

This position will be responsible for taking inbound customer requests, locating any necessary information, providing prompt service and communicating with customers about their orders. Prior experience in customer relations and communications is preferred, but we're also interested in hiring individuals with strong interpersonal skills who are adept at multitasking. The Front End Associate must be able to interact well with co-workers, show a sense of ownership over their responsibilities and possess strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and manage complaints.
- Answer phone calls.
- Pose questions and offer help to customers.
- Execute transactions through POS registers.
- Log transactions in the system.
- Assist customers in finding items.
- Organize items on shelves.
- Clean, remove, and replace items on shelves.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dashwood, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
