**Position Summary**

Eagle Builders is offering a new opportunity for a skilled **Master Scheduler** to join our team. This role is newly established within our organization and will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations and team.
- Serves as a primary point of contact and liaison with precast manufacturing, sales, and other departments.
- Collaborates with different departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client projects.
- Ongoing comparisons of current and anticipated orders with available product inventory of materials; Use systems to anticipate demand and additional supplies needed.
- Maintain master schedule for all facilities, revise as needed and review challenges daily.
- Participates in weekly forecasting meetings with sales, production, and other related departments.
- Performs other related duties, as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a scheduler or planner in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction processes and scheduling software.
- In-depth understanding of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or similar software.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex schedules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
- Thorough understanding of the business and supply chain.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- This position may be structured for remote work.

**Assets**
- Prior experience in the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Background and expertise in construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
