We are currently looking for a **Detention Specialist **to join our Cambridge Operations Department.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Monitor Detention Monitoring System (DMS) for possible or actual detention occurrence in real time
- Communicate with Driver Coordinator and or Customer Service to assess potential or actual detention and to identify possible solutions
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Driver Coordinators and Customers during detention events to minimize and to ensure requirements for detention billing are captured
- Update DMS and SI systems
- Capture and communicate gaps and opportunities within the scope of detention
- Attend training sessions/programs as required to enhance personal and professional skill sets
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent activities
- Strong communication skills (listening, oral and written)
- Effective ability to document and communicate opportunities for process improvement
- Effective computer and keyboard skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills
- A positive attitude
Hours: Monday to Friday, regular business hours
