We are looking for a Yard attendent to come and join our team in Burnaby. This position is Monday to Friday.

Here is what we need from you to get rolling

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate forklifts and heavy equipment to move materials within the warehouse
- Utilize order pickers to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to maintain equipment and perform minor repairs
- Assist in building and assembling products as needed
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and order processing
- Support warehouse distribution activities to meet operational goals
- Perform order picking based on customer requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Proficiency in forklift operation and heavy equipment handling
- Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping/receiving tasks
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
