**Construction Laborer** *About Us* Epic Builders is a reputable construction company based in Hamilton, ON L8R 2C1. We pride ourselves on professionalism, agility, and excellence in home building projects. We are currently seeking skilled Construction Laborers to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Construction Laborer at Epic Builders, you will be responsible for various tasks involved in home construction projects. This includes but is not limited to framing, tiling, flooring installation, painting, general repairs, and more. **Duties** - Perform interior and exterior finishes with precision and attention to detail - Execute tasks such as framing, drywalling, mudding, painting, flooring installation, baseboard fitting, etc. - Possess knowledge of utility hookups for bathrooms, exterior vinyl work, and basic electrical tasks - Ensure all work is completed to high standards without errors - Utilize power tools effectively and safely - Read and interpret blueprints accurately - Assist carpenters and other team members as needed **Qualifications** - Prior experience in construction labor roles - Proficiency in drywalling, concrete forming, caulking, heavy equipment operation, masonry, flooring installation, blueprint reading, carpentry, power tool usage, and construction estimating - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong work ethic with attention to detail - Reliable transportation and own set of tools required At Epic Builders, we offer a modern office setting, provided meals during work hours, growth opportunities within the company. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 60 per week
