**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee and lead a team within our exterior home cleaning company in providing top-notch services, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing. The Production Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficiency, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on the job site.

**Duties**
- Supervise and lead a team of workers to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
- Contribute to the achievement of production metrics and targets by managing workflow and resource allocation.
- Inspect job sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Uphold quality standards and customer satisfaction by ensuring that crews do not cut corners and that services meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain and organize equipment, ensuring it is well taken care of and properly maintained.
- Ensure company vehicles are well maintained, organized, and clean, and possess a full driver's license for transportation purposes.
- Arrange pickup and drop-off of employees to a common location for convenience and efficiency.
- Participate in regular performance meetings with the founder to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain thorough and prompt communication with the founder, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Monitor crew efficiency and productivity, ensuring they work as efficiently and swiftly as possible within reason.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their wants, concerns, and needs to leave a positive impression.
- Keep records of important information in an organized fashion to facilitate efficient operations and decision-making.

- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in exterior home cleaning services.
- Organizational skills to manage equipment, vehicles, job site logistics, and employee transportation effectively.
- Ability to drive and possess a full driver's license for transportation needs.
- Comfortable with heights and going on ladders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
