The Opportunity (6 Month Contract)
Product Enablement Analyst is a support role that assists the Director of Product Enablement to enable the Fraud Product Team through the development, alignment, and orchestration of cross functional teams (both internal and client facing) in support of achieving Fraud strategic objectives. This includes assisting in the development and oversight of large operating practices and governance and leading the development and oversight of small to medium operating practices and governance. This effort represents the creation of a capability of ‘steady stating’ commercialized offerings.
This is a hybrid role.
About The Role
- Responsibilities This role is accountable to ensure that the Tier 1 and 2 Alliance clients have been engaged and supported for both project work and on-going engagements.
- This role is accountable for supporting the creation of the change management process and is responsible for ensuring the process is followed.
- Assist in design and maintain the System of Work, to develop the process infrastructure that documents, aligns, and is supported by the necessary stakeholders engaged in core processes
- This role assists to design and ultimately oversee a series of gates and governance that align into Symcor’s governance framework.
What You Need To Succeed
**Education**:
- 4 year university or college degree in a relevant field
**Experience**:
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Client facing experience within the banking or financial industry
**Skills**:
- Maintain industry knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; conducting individual research
- Build a high-level understanding of the technical aspects of the products
- Understand the lifecycles of Product and Change Management.
- High level understanding the trajectory of digital operations in support of alliance objectives
- High level understanding of the roadmap and applicable products and services.
- Ability to assist in design, build, and maintain foundational structures
