**About the Role**:

- Perform risk analysis and complete appropriate due diligence
- Find solutions to deals that don’t fit traditional lending parameters
- Provide support to document specialists reviewing more complex documentation
- Meet quality assurance standards
- Prioritize work queue to maintain service level standard
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Provide liaison, support and underwriting expertise to all business partners

**This role is for you if you have**:
- You have demonstrated sound credit judgement with knowledge of legislation regarding risk related mortgage laws-
- You possess a strong customer service focus with the ability to cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders-
- You have 2-5 years of residential mortgage underwriting experience in the private mortgages sector-
- You possess a highly positive “can do” attitude and excellent communication skills-
- You take ownership of your tasks by working proactively and being driven by delivering high quality outputs-
- You have the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively within in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment-
