**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity using tools such as Nmap and other security software.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential threats.
- Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and ensure proper configuration of SSL certificates.
- Collaborate with IT teams on secure configurations for Cisco routers and other network devices.
- Utilize Shell Scripting to automate security tasks and improve efficiency.
- Support secure file transfer protocols (SFTP) for data transmission.
- Maintain knowledge of current cybersecurity trends, threats, and technology solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for cybersecurity.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols including EIGRP, TCP/IP, and others.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with security tools and techniques for monitoring and protecting networks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH) are preferred but not required.

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
