**Overview**
Impact AV Solutions is a Toronto-based AV company providing services for a multi-day conference at the **Four Seasons Hotel in Montreal**. We are looking for freelance and contract AV technicians to help with setup and tear down of the event.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and test audio visual equipment such as fast-fold screens, projectors, sound systems, and lighting fixtures
- Strike/dismantle audio visual equipment and load into truck upon conference conclusion

Monday April 15, 2024 from 8:00am to 4:00pm (setup day)

Wednesday April 17, 2024 from 12:30pm to 5:30pm (dismantle/strike)

**Skills**
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Both the main AV team and the client are English speaking
- Have at least 1-2 years in educational conference-style AV setup and dismantling
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Schematics: Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting and repair purposes
