Our team is dedicated to delivering top-tier solutions for water management systems, and we are looking for a hardworking and dependable Sewer and Water Deckhand to join our crew.

As a Sewer and Water Deckhand, you will support the installation, maintenance, and repair of sewer and water systems. You will work under the supervision of experienced foremen and contribute to the efficient operation of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment used for sewer and water system installations.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as trench digging, pipe laying, and backfilling.
- Help with the assembly and installation of pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Support the inspection and testing of installed systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite by removing debris and securing tools and materials.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure project goals are met.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction, plumbing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of sewer and water systems is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
