**Company Overview**:
ACEL Power is a leader in green technology, developing cutting-edge electric outboard engines that promote eco-friendly water activities. We are expanding our strategic operations team and seeking a Business Planning Specialist who will play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate strategy and managing operational excellence.

**Job Summary**:
The Business Planning Specialist will assist in formulating annual strategies, managing business processes, and enhancing our organizational policies. This role is critical for advancing the company's operational performance, mitigating risks, and ensuring the execution of key projects aligns with strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning annual strategies, setting development goals, and analyzing operational performance to align with company objectives.
- Research, assess, manage, and coordinate existing business strategies, policy processes, and strategic planning programs.
- Implement and contribute to processes for assessing business risks, identifying risk mitigation strategies, and monitoring risks across the organization.
- Prepare briefing materials, issue papers, position papers, submissions, and presentations to communicate strategic directions and policies effectively.
- Develop policy options and recommendations, identifying gaps or shortcomings and considering legal limitations.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication and coordination, focusing on resource planning to continuously track and promote company development goals and outcomes.
- Conduct research on domestic and international trends, focusing on new business models within the industry to assist in advancing the company's digital development policies.
- Execute and oversee the company’s annual projects in accordance with operational strategies, helping to plan and promote company-wide projects.
- Develop and maintain various business processes, policies, and procedures, including creating user instructions, manuals, and reference materials.
- Maintain a strong focus on critical business activities, providing supervision and ensuring meticulous execution to drive business success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business planning, strategy development, or a related field.
- Highly developed business writing and oral communication skills, with the ability to document work accurately and pay close attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to use database, spreadsheet, and word processing software at an advanced level.
- Resourceful and well-organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of leading cross-departmental teams and managing complex projects.
- Experience in implementing risk management strategies and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Chinese is an asset

**To Apply**:

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
