Clearwater Seafoods' Finance department requires Pricing Clerk based at their Bedford, Nova Scotia Corporate Office. This role is a full-time permanent position.
**Purpose of Position**:
This position is responsible for the accuracy of customer pricing and timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
**Reporting Structure**
- This position reports to the Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable.
**Job Duties**:
- Maintaining up-to-date customer pricing in ERP system.
- Receive and approve requests for price block removals.
- Point of contact for sales team to answer questions and collaboratively resolve pricing issues.
- Accurate and efficient processing of vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and statements.
- Work with the business and vendors to resolve invoice or purchase order discrepancies and issues.
- Correspond to business partners and vendors on inquiries.
- Related administrative duties and vendor inquiries.

**Job Qualifications**:
- Business degree or diploma or 2 years equivalent work experience.
- SAP user knowledge is an asset.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
