**Desired Skills / Experience**:

- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Background in fabrication and craftwork - woodwork, leatherwork, metalwork or related fields is highly desirable
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication, both written and verbal

**Responsibilities**:

- Expertly craft cabinet handles using a combination of wood, leather, brass and steel. Training will be provided, but knowledge of basic shop tools and fabrication techniques are necessary.
- Maintain an organized environment and keep track of product and material stock
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by flexibly engaging in tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in fabrication, craftwork, woodwork or related fields
- Able to safely and confidently operate basic shop tools (table saw, drill press, routers, sanders)
- Ability to learn and adapt to various materials and fabrication techniques
- Adept at working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to embrace challenges and seize opportunities for skill enhancement
