Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships and appropriately determining clients’ needs
Demonstrate an understanding of federal and provincial cannabis regulations, risks, and harms of cannabis, and be able to clearly communicate to clients the basics of responsible use.
Demonstrate a high level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go above and beyond expectations
Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results
Provide support with inventory management and practise proper procedures to ensure that customers have access to the right product
Follow all company training and operational standards and procedures, such as those with regards to education, merchandising, cleanliness, security, checklists etc.)
Be open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
Demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Successfully drive sales and create positive customer experience by educating them on the brand and products
Open and close cash tills and count the cash float every morning and night
Deal with customer escalations and issues for the day
Ensure the completion of the checklist every morning and night
Safeguard the product inventory
Making sure customers are aware of similar products to what they are interested in and upselling
Ensure that daily targets are met
Promote the brand
Records of all skips must still be posted in the designated group page
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
