Demolition/ Roofer/ Laborer

**Demolition/Roofer/Laborer/Siding/Carpenter**

Grind Contracting is looking for a full-time Employees to join our team. We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, and responsible individual who is willing to learn and grow with our company. Drivers license and clean abstract is required for commercial insurance policy
- Cleaning and maintenance of roofing materials.
- Use of various tools and equipment.
- Operating equipment such as a blower, vacuum, and other cleaning tools.
- Loading and unloading materials onto and off of trucks.
- Loading and unloading roofing materials onto and off of trucks.
- General cleaning of work areas.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience not required but preferred in the commercial roofing industry.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision or on your own when needed.
- Must be able to follow directions accurately and efficiently.
- Must be able to follow safety policies and procedures at all times.

**Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- roofing: 1 year (preferred)
