Transit Trailer provides sales, parts, and service at locations across Ontario and in Quebec.

Duties & Essential Job Functions:

- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, monitor levels, order parts for point of sale, and complete cycle counts.
- Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain relationships.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with part identification and provide technical support.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote parts through displays, online platforms, and sales strategies.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming parts, resolve quality issues, ensure customer satisfaction.

- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage inventory, prioritize tasks, and maintain records.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and team members is crucial for providing assistance, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to identify issues with inventory, parts quality, or customer inquiries, and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional service to customers by understanding their needs, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and provide guidance and support to department staff.
- Sales and Marketing Acumen: Understanding of sales techniques, product promotion, and marketing strategies to maximize parts sales and profitability.
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in inspecting parts for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, inventory trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Time Management: Efficiently managing time and resources to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer software and systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and communication.

Work Experience
- 5+ years’ experience with heavy-duty trailer Parts Counter or Parts Sales preferred but not required
