CN Aquatics is a family-owned Pool and Landscape company that has been servicing the Ottawa area for 10 years. We specialize in high end residential Pool and Landscape projects. CN Aquatics strives to provide high quality work on a range of backyard projects. We are currently looking to grow our team to meet our customer needs.

The pool Foreman technician/Installer will be responsible for the on-site day to day management and oversight of the installation and service crew. The Foreman must be capable of leading others and working independently through various service and pool construction tasks. We are looking for a highly motivated individual willing to grow within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently oversee, organize and instruct service & installation crew on-site
- On site participation in service and installation of various pool projects
- Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions
- Be a contact for customers on site
- Work with Landscape lead installer to ensure project timelines are meet
- Ensure all sites and crew members are meeting safety standards and cleanliness
- Training of crews as required

Job requirements
- Experience in the pool Industry (Service, Installation, Chemistry)
- Experience leading a crew
- Experience with skid steers, excavators
- Ability to work as a team or independently
- Strong problem solving, organizational and people skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to perform physical work outside
- Experience driving a trailer

This is a Seasonal Full time Job (end March to mid-December), we offer competitive pay, training and a great working environment. Company truck is provided during work-days.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- pool/landscape: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Work Location: One location
