- Brampton

- Vaughan
- Stouffville

In the real estate sector, Digreen Homes Inc. is one of the fastest growing players in the market and is constantly on the lookout for new opportunities. It also plans to diversify into some of the most successful sectors in the Canadian economy. In order to support the growth of the company, Digreen Homes Inc. is in the hiring process to expand its current team.

**Key Responsibilities**

Performing maintenance and light repairs on our projects in a residential and commercial capacity.
- Proven experience as a handyman in both residential and commercial projects
- Adept at basic wall repair (taping, plastering) and touch up painting - interior and exterior
- Skilled at installing and/ or replacing fixtures and replacing bulbs
- Minor electrical repairs
- Repair and replace minor plumbing, finish plumbing connections (an asset)
- Complete minor carpentry repairs - general carpentry, rough and finish
- Basic understanding of electrical
- Drywall repairs, taping, plastering and sanding
- Doors, frames, baseboards
- Flooring Repair and installation
- Minor laminate repair
- T-caps, minor tile repairs, grout

**Additional Skills and Attributes**
- Must have your own tools
- Must be willing to travel within GTA and surrounding areas
- Attention to detail
- Maintain a professional product through high quality workmanship
- Communicate professionally with clientele, co-workers, and subcontractors
- Independently operate most standard construction tools and equipment
