**Role Summary**

As the Tradeshow & Events Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting, planning and coordinating Eminence’s participation at tradeshows and events. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient execution of Eminence’s tradeshow & event schedule. In this role, you may also represent Eminence at some events. Additionally, you will work with the Tradeshow & Events Manager to support scoping and prioritization of deliverables, coordinate project tasks, timelines, communications, and approval processes. You will report directly to the Tradeshow & Events Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Update and manage Tradeshow eCommerce website throughout events (note: these events can occur outside of regular working hours)
- Compile data and summarize feedback to produce post-show debrief report
- Coordinate the distribution of lead information, sales and order data to the Business Development Team and other stakeholders after each tradeshow and event
- Partner cross-departmentally to coordinate pre-event and post-event Tradeshow related eBursts
- Contribute to all event deliverables by coordinating travel, education, communications, scheduling, and staffing
- Support in creating, updating, and distributing training documents and pre-show communications
- Provide operational and scheduling support to events including, but not limited to, in-person and virtual tradeshows and networking events
- Document event criteria and required deliverables for all events to support the Tradeshow & Events Team
- Attend and/or support various in-person and/or virtual tradeshows or events throughout the year (note: these events often occur on weekends)
- Assist the Tradeshow & Events Manager in partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to outline a critical path and project plan for each tradeshow and event

**Qualifications**
- Event management experience - minimum 1 year
- Customer Service experience - minimum 2 years
- Office administration experience - minimum 2 years
- Sales Support or equivalent experience - minimum 1 year
- Must be able to comfortably and occasionally lift over 35lbs
- Project Management software experience, e.g. Asana, Trello, Excel, MS Project an asset
- Shopify or e-Commerce platform experience - an asset
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience - minimum 1 year preferred
- Ability to travel throughout North America up to 25% of the year (must have appropriate documentation to travel freely in Canada and the United States)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in one or more webinar hosting tools
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
