Optical Technician

**Responsibilities**:
repair frames and make prescription eye wear. applicants that our hired will be trained
- Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Perform accurate measurements and fittings to ensure proper lens alignment and comfort
- Adjust frames to fit customers' faces and provide necessary repairs
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and other optical products
- Process orders for eyewear and contact lenses, including verifying prescriptions and ensuring accurate delivery
- Maintain inventory of frames, lenses, and other optical supplies
- Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales or retail management preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of different types of lenses, frames, and contact lenses
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with optical equipment and tools is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
