Baker/cashier

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet production goals.
- Provide excellent customer service, including assisting customers with inquiries and purchases when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and following recipes.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55-$17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Baking: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
