**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, as the **Content Creator** you will showcase the brand and products through content creation on social media platforms. As the face of Sterling Homes, you assist in maintaining showhome(s) or sales centers and provide customers with an exceptional customer experience throughout the home buying process.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Producing, shooting, and editing high-quality, engaging video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Maintaining profiles, promotions, initiatives, and other communication on platforms.
- Monitoring and analyzing content performance using analytics tools to improve future content creation and reporting results.
- Creating visual media content that showcases the features, design, and quality of properties.
- Conducting research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform content creation. Staying up-to-date with emerging content formats and trends and integrating them into the company's content strategy
- Collaborating with in-house Marketing team members and external agencies or contractors to develop content ideas to increase reach, engagement and following across multiple social platforms.
- Interacting with customers and/or audiences via company website and other digital platforms in a respectful and professional manner. Assisting in addressing inquiries and leads that come in via phone, website, or social media platforms.
- Assisting in qualifying potential purchasers and booking appointments with on-site sales teams. Tracking customer information and recording data in HubSpot.

**Essential Requirements**
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience.
- Confident and comfortable being on camera and effectively communicating through video formats.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in video editing programs (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Team, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications or equivalent is an asset.
- Prior experience working in the Residential Home Building industry is preferred.
- Experience with content creation on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook is good to have.

**Work Conditions**

Primarily works in an office setting with regular visits to show homes for filming. Hours are primarily regular business hours with occasional evenings and/or weekends as required.
