Digital Shovel is seeking experienced Robotics Technicians/Operators to join our team, specializing in operating Fanuc welding and material handling robots. We value a diverse skill set, from general operation and basic troubleshooting to designing complete cells and assembly lines. **Responsibilities**:

- **Operate and Maintain Robotics Systems**: Perform precise operation and maintenance of Fanuc welding and material handling robots as per established procedures.
- **Collaborate on Design and Implementation**: Work closely with engineering and production teams to design and deploy robotic cells and assembly lines tailored to project needs.
- **Programming and Optimization**: Utilize teach pendant programming to program robotic systems for optimal performance.
- **Documentation and Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
- **Adaptability and Additional Tasks**: Flexibility to assist with other assigned tasks as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Robotic Systems Experience**: Previous experience operating and maintaining Fanuc welding and material handling robots preferred.
- **Programming Skills**: Proficiency in teach pendant programming considered an asset.
- **Mechanical Aptitude**: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- **Communication and Teamwork**: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities within a manufacturing environment.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- **Education**: Relevant technical certification or degree in robotics, automation, or related fields is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
