We are expanding our team and currently seeking a qualified & motivated individual to join our team as a Wire EDM operator. (Machine Agie Charmilles Cut 300 SP)
- Be able to work with cad sofware, Opticam/PEPS wire v8.0 Machine sofware AccuCut HMI
- Determine machine requirements, dimensions,specs & set up requirements from programs
- Load programs into machine for manufacture.
- Select settings for optimal spark gaps, speeds, feeds & tolerances.
- Ensure equipment maintenance procedures are followed.
- Able to troubleshoot jobs
- Time management skills
- Must be willing to be cross trained on other CNC machinery (training provided) Sigma six
- Able to run more than one machine at a time.
- Minimum 3 years experience
- English written & spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to read and understand blueprints
