Job description - Feedlot Administrator

Qualifications:

- Administrative experience (1-3 years)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (word, excel, outlook, SharePoint) and adobe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of agriculture is not required but would be an asset

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

- Administration of the day-to-day operations of the office (supplies, light cleaning)
- data entry into internal software programs, and scanning documents
- Communicating with staff and central office
- Reception - answering phones, greeting guests
- Receiving grain (Outdoors) and drug inventory
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to adapt to change as role requires
- Available to work Monday - Friday

Job type: Full-time

**Salary**: $18-20/hour
