Due to growth within our company, **we are seeking cabinet installers to join our install team in Hawkesville Ontario**. Our installers are integral members of the Chervin family and facilitate a key step in the journey of bringing our clients’ dreams to life.

Chervin’s installers bring attention to detail and quality craftsmanship in to every Chervin product.

This is a full-time position with 44 hours a week. Wage commensurate with experience. Benefits are provided after the 3-month probationary period.

Since 1991, Chervin has been **designing, manufacturing, and installing high-end custom cabinetry** in homes across Waterloo Region. Over the years, Chervin has expanded to serve the GTA and Muskoka region. Chervin has also built and acquired 4 sister companies which have given us the opportunity to be a key player in the markets for luxury hotel furniture, residential furniture, custom upholstered furniture, and home décor.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Install custom cabinetry in the client’s homes according to the supplied drawings
- Install crown mold, base trim, etc. where required
- Fasten knobs/pulls on cabinet doors and drawers
- Conduct yourself professionally on the jobsite, maintaining the Chervin image
- Help maintain an organized and tidy workspace to ensure smooth processes and enable your team to produce the best quality products
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production requirements are met safely and efficiently

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Ability to read and discern blueprints (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50-75lbs
- Physically fit (repetitious up and down movements, handling large cabinetry)
- A general understanding of basic woodworking tools
- Valid G-license and current driving abstract
- A keen attention to detail
- A self-motivated desire to produce valuable work
- An enthusiastic personality

- An attitude that is hardworking and eager to learn

- A commitment to punctuality and dependability
- **BONUS**: 2+ years general wood working or cabinetry experience (not required)
