Job Opportunity: Used Vehicle Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Leadership**: Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- **Wholesaling Strategy**: Develop and execute a strategic plan for wholesaling used vehicles, including establishing relationships with wholesalers, monitoring market trends, and optimizing inventory turnover.
- **Inventory Managemen**t: Sourcing, pricing, and presentation of used vehicles to attract customers and maximize profitability. Manage reconditioning process.
- ** Customer Focus**: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, integrity, and transparency.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Utilize data-driven insights to assess sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as finance and marketing to align strategies, streamline processes, and enhance overall business operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in automotive sales, with previous experience in used vehicle sales and wholesaling.
- Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a sales team to achieve and surpass targets.
- In-depth understanding of the used vehicle market, pricing trends, and wholesale opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers and wholesalers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for inventory management and sales tracking.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical business practices.
